AnalyticaOne Consultancy Private Limited ("we") operates PilPili and is the data controller / Data Fiduciary. This policy covers both the website at pilpili.com and the PilPili Android app, which displays that same website inside a Chrome container and collects nothing of its own — it requests no device permissions at all.

What we store on your device

Game progress, best scores and your sound preference are saved in your browser's localStorage on your own device. This data is never uploaded to us and never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it permanently.

To make PilPili work offline, your browser also keeps cached copies of the site's pages and games on your device. Like everything else stored there, these never leave your device, are refreshed automatically when you're online, and are removed by clearing your browser data (on the Android app, by clearing the app's storage).

What our hosting collects

Our site is served through Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes technical information needed to deliver pages and protect against abuse, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. These logs are retained briefly for security and diagnostics.

Measurement

Where we measure how the site is used — which games get played, and how quickly pages load for real visitors — that measurement is cookieless and aggregate. It stores nothing on your device, creates no persistent identifier for you, and is not linked to you. We do not build advertising profiles of individual visitors, and we hold nothing that would let us pick one visitor out of the numbers.

Advertising

PilPili is built to be ad-supported. Where advertising is served, it is served by Google AdSense and comparable third-party networks. These networks may set cookies to measure advertising and, where you consent, to personalise it. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings and optout.aboutads.info. Where personalised advertising cookies are used, visitors in the EEA and the UK are asked for consent first, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Children

PilPili is a general-audience site and is not directed at children.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent you have given, or raise a grievance about how we handle it. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, we will respond to grievances within a reasonable period.

In practice there is usually nothing to return or delete: there are no accounts, and we hold no identifier that maps to a person, so there is nothing to delete on a per-user basis. Your scores and settings live in your own browser's storage — clearing your browser data removes them, and we never had a copy.
